Remote Rhythm Management (RRM) collects your personal information to provide cardiac device monitoring for you and your Cardiologist. Our main purpose for collecting, using and holding your personal information is to manage your device. We use your personal details and device information to register the monitor on the manufacturers home monitoring website, for financial processes and for reporting findings to your Cardiologist.

 

The information we collect about you includes your name, date of birth, address, Medicare number for identification and claiming purposes. You have the right to deal with us anonymously or under a pseudonym unless it is impracticable for us to do so.

Your personal information is stored electronically on the RRM database. RRM stores all personal information securely and we take all reasonable steps to ensure information security. The data is stored on an Australian server hosted by Servers Australia https://www.serversaustralia.com.au/
